3/2 Pneumatic Solenoid Valves | 3V Directional Control Valves

Pneumatic Solenoid Valves provide directional control in compressed air systems where fast response, compact installation, and repeatable actuation are required.

Pnematic_Valve_3V110-06The 3V Series is a 3/2 pneumatic solenoid valve with an aluminum alloy body, single-solenoid operation, and air return function for use in industrial automation and pneumatic control circuits.

This series comes in 1/8 inch to 1/2 inch female NPT sizes and features a normally closed configuration. It works well for compressed air applications that require dedicated supply, work, and exhaust paths.

Size and Performance Range

Product SKU Pipe Size Cv Operating Pressure Operating Temperature

3V210-08 1/4 inch 0.89 22 to 116 psi -4 to 158°F
3V310-10 3/8 inch 1.68 22 to 116 psi -4 to 158°F
3V410-15 1/2 inch 2.79 22 to 116 psi -4 to 158°F

Pressure, Temperature, and Media Fit

This series supports compressed air and low-flow pneumatic circuits that need directional control through supply, work, and exhaust ports. Additionally, the pressure range starts at 22 psi, so it suits systems with stable available air pressure better than very low-pressure pneumatic service.

The valve operates within a temperature range of -4 to 158°F. However, it does not permit use in applications below freezing. That line matters and should stay visible on the live page because it filters out a bad-fit use case early.

Dimensions

The 3V Series fits compact pneumatic assemblies, manifolds, pilot circuits, and machine-mounted control points where overall body length and installation space matter.

Product SKU Pipe Size L (Length) H (Height, without DIN connector) W (Width) Weight
3V110-06 1/8 inch 3.63 in 1.06 in 0.71 in 0.23 lb

Technical Resources

Review the pipe size, voltage, and available pressure before making your final selection. In addition, for pneumatic systems with low line pressure, check the 22 psi minimum operating pressure before specifying the valve.

Technical Note

These valves are not intended for use in medical life support, combustion, aviation, aerospace, automotive, or similar applications. Review the seal and body compatibility before making your final selection. The valve is also not permitted for applications under freezing temperatures.
